First and foremost, please know that we are passionate bird enthusiasts with a deep love for parrots-not a commercial pet store or breeding farm. Our mission is to enrich the world of aviculture through education, awareness, conservation, and by fostering a genuine, shared love for birds.

At Houston Aviary, we specialize in rare and exotic color mutations of Indian Ringneck parrots, all raised in a loving home environment. Occasionally, we offer rehoming opportunities for the offspring of our cherished pet birds-often at prices up to 70% lower than those at commercial pet stores.

Each of our birds comes with:
basic mutation HISTORY, DNAed for GENDER confirmation, closed LEG-BANDED for AGE & PLACE of birth verification, & TESTED for common bird diseases.
